Shipping
Deliveries are handled by GLS or via a forwarding agent. Please note that small parts/accessories can be sent separately.
Forwarding agent shipping
Please ensure that you can unload the ordered goods. On request or with a note during the checkout process, we can arrange for unloading using a forklift or loading ramp.
The general regulation for exchanging Euro pallets only applies to our business customers. Private customers are exempt from this regulation.
Delivery times
The delivery times depend on the current demand and the availability of the items. The individual delivery times can be found in the item description.
Collection
Collection takes place in the Biedenkopf area (zip code: 35216). If you wish, simply select this option when placing your order.
- For collection we charge a flat rate of 29.90 euros including 0% VAT.
- After a successful order, you will receive a link from us to book a collection date. Collection must take place on the selected collection day and time slot.
- Please have the order confirmation ready for collection (we will send it by email).
- Please understand that for liability and insurance reasons we are not allowed to assist you with loading. Therefore, make sure that you can load the goods yourself. Exception: loading entire packages using a forklift/lift scale onto a truck, van or trailer.
- Take into account the measurements and dimensions of the items to be collected as well as the available loading area of your vehicle. Please ensure that you allow enough buffer space due to packaging material (e.g. 5-10 cm for PV modules). PV modules usually do not fit in a car/station wagon.
- When loading, make sure that you comply with the legal requirements for load securing.
- Changes and repeat orders cannot be accepted on site.
- Please check that the goods are complete when they are handed over.

Shipping zone Germany
The maximum shipping costs are 399 euros (excl. VAT; no VAT when ordering according to the Annual Tax Act 2022, Section 12 Paragraph 3).

Payment
With PayPal you can pay cashlessly, easily and securely. PayPal is one of the fastest and safest payment providers in online payment transactions.
To use it, you create a PayPal account once by entering your bank or credit card details - this means you do not have to enter them again for each purchase. When the purchase process is complete, you will be redirected to PayPal to make the payment. To do this, simply log in with your PayPal user details and pay for your order. After successfully completing the order, we will redirect you back to the falagotti shop. Your order will then be processed immediately.
If you return ordered items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to your PayPal account.
You pay easily and conveniently by invoice.
You are also welcome to pay with a credit card.
We process our credit card payments via PayPal. You need a valid credit or debit card from Mastercard or Visa. When paying, simply select your stored card. In addition to your card number, you will also be asked for the card validity, the credit card company and the card verification code.

You transfer the order amount to our bank account. Bank details are not transmitted over the Internet.
You will receive our bank details by email with the order confirmation. Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed internally.
